Lunch is included with the full day option, but not for the 1/2 day.
8am to 9am: drop off (if you need to drop off early due to work, we will open at 8am)
10am - 11am: Sparring, games and challenges to reinforce what they learned
11am - noon: Q&A and free time games (chess, checkers, twister, Uno, etc)
12:00 pick up for morning only attendees and drop off for afternoon attendees

Afternoon schedule:
12 - 12:30 Free time off the mat
12:30 - 1:00: Jiu-Jitsu "study hall"
1:00 - 1:30: Games
1:30 - 2:30: Learning how to take the back and defend with turtle position
2:30 - 3:00: sparring and challenges to reinforce.
3:00 - pick up
Weekly rate 1/2 day = $145 students; $160 non-students
Weekly rate Full day = $280 students; $300 non-students
Singe 1/2 day registration = $40 student, $45 non-student
Single Full day registration = $75 student, $80 non-student
